RW Armstrong provided Project Management for Consultancy Service for the Fujairah Sharm Hotel and Resort. The 163.355,45 sqm plot is located at proximity of Sharm and Al Aqah Marine Reserve in Fujairah, UAE. A 100, 00 sqm of reclaimed land is envisioned as additional plot for exclusive water villas. The location of the royal residence is a part of the Fujairah Resort and Residences. It sits on a hill +40m high above Sea level. The Resort provides full-service lodging facility providing access to a wide range of amenities and recreation facilities, emphasizing a leisure experience in the Fujairah coast. A few number of distinctive villas are also as part of the Resort. A summer luxurious royal residence is also located on the Fujairah plot. The natural landscape of hills and open water shall combine with the architectural style of indoor and outdoor spaces, private courts and terraces to form a harmonious ensemble of aesthetic value. The residence shall blend with the topography and landscape around it. 

The project contains a 196 key 5 Star Hotel resort, 10 Beach villas and 177 Branded Apartments with private pools and gardens, beachfront and hotel amenities to all resort resident’s. This 5 Star Address Resort will attract visitors both locally, from the GCC and international who desire the 5 star experience with spectacular views and beach destination.
