Abu Dhabi National Hotels Company (ADNH) envisioned to create a Branded Luxury Serviced Apartments, convenient retail, landscaping and all related Back of House with related recreational facilities, swimming pool and car parking on a prime land, adjacent to The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal.

The Design  focused on the creation of a Development to attract would-be tenants and users and  to be a high value in terms of lettability, maintenance and long-term asset value. The building is not be in completion with the current Hotel and its facilities as well as the Venetian Village.

An Innovative design was our main objective considering the location, view as well as the constructability and construction cost and development economics criteria.

Overall site planning, layout and design is to be in keeping the planning regulation of the local authorities (ADNEC, UPC, Municipality, Civil Defense, ADDC, DOT, etc.) also with the perceived image and prestigious nature of the Development.

The Development is appeal to prospective tenants and provide high levels of amenity and; tenants, privacy and exclusivity.
