The Africa Tower 5 star hotel is a design and build project located in the region of Northern Gheiran in the city of North Africa. The project consists of 20 a story tower plus ground level, mezzanine level and two basement levels dedicated for the parking necessities of the project.

The tower houses 332 rooms, 20 suites and 3 presidential suites, pool level with sauna and gymnasium, business centers, restaurants, cafes, shops, offices and a medical center.

RW Armstrong provided project management services and acted as the owner’s representative, administering design as well as construction supervision.

The following services have been provided:

• Conducting workshops with the design consultant to review the major design elements and assist the designer in obtaining superior design.
• Review and approve plans, drawings, specifications, and material and equipment suppliers prepared by the design consultant.
• Construction management.
