Part of the overall Ski-Dubai renovation, North 28 (St. Moritz previously) has had a full makeover, everything from the menu to the overall branding of the café has had a facelift, it incorporates a main bar feature in the center space around the fire place, it also acts as a space divider between the restaurant seating space and casual seating space.

The furniture is completely redesigned, to fit in the modern cozy chateau feel of the cafe. Long wooden tables that could act as meeting tables or work tables for those looking to do some work on the their laptops have been incorporated and Smaller dinner tables occupy the rest of the space made from rustic warm wood. The flooring as also been revamped into rich chamfered wooden flooring, that adds more depth to the space and blends all the different elements together. North 28 café overlooks Ski-Dubai and is part of its journey and story, when redesigning the space we took into consideration the whole cozy rich feel aspect that visitors feel when they visit a café in the Swiss alps, and incorporated design elements that compliment this feeling.
