The main function of the new headquarters building will be to house the various branches of the company in one facility in order to facilitate communication throughout the company. The Building's design reflects the image of corporate headquarters of a modern, world-class Industrial leader. The interior design is consistent with contemporary, information-age office culture and provide a pleasant environment that encourages well being and productivity. 

The building site is located in a prime location that is close enough to the Nile River to offer views of the timeless landmark. The site is framed by adjacent buildings on two sides and streets on the other two sides. In addition to the open office area, each floor will contain private offices for management, meeting rooms of various sizes, and a kitchen area. The top floor will house the Chairman’s office, a large boardroom, and offices for support staff.
