The project is located in the Al Seef zone of the Al Raha Beach development.  The site is fixed on a prime waterfront plot.  RW Armstrong was commissioned to create a unique design within the context of the Al Raha Beach master plan.  The concept for this development was based on the principles of form following function and the impact of transparency and opacity on the internal spaces.  The facility has a built up area for the 9 levels of residential of approximately 8,500 SM, with a multi-level underground car park facility of approximately 4,000 SM.  The building will feature an infinity pool on the roof overlooking the gulf waters, in addition to a state-of-the-art fitness center.  The ground floor level will have retail facilities with access directly onto the waterfront promenade.
