RW Armstrong has taken the lead to provide consultancy services for the detailed masterplan design development, infrastructure and construction supervision. 
The Master Plan have been designed in grid base to allow the easy construction and to reach the high efficiency to use the maximum use of the plot and keep the more areas that can be used in the future for more building if required by the End-user . 
The Project is located in the Abu Dhabi City , that will facilitated the easy accessibility for the VVIP to the project during the use of the Exhibition Center. 
The Project is divided to two phases: 
• First phase: Office and Exhibition Center total GFA: 5200m2. 
• Second phase: Office Building (G+4 total GF: 16,000 M2) and private Exhibition Center GFA: 1500m2 
This Project is totally for private use, which will consist of and HQ Building and private Exhibition Center. 
The routes provides a high security between the office building and the exhibition center to VVIP visitors. 
A helipad is designed in the compound for VVIP use for more accessibility. 
The project will also provide a multistorey parking for employees and visitors.
