RW Armstrong taken the lead for a full design consultancy and supervision services for a new destination designed for sophisticated residents and business travellers alike. 
The Rosegold Tower overlooks the Al Manhal Palace and adjacent new historical district projects, while also providing access to Abu Dhabi’s most dynamic retail and workplace neighbourhood. 
Environmentally sensitive measures include a louvered façade, water conservation measures and a shaded four-season roof deck at the top of the 
tower, integrated into the trellis. 
The project consists of 5 basements, Ground Floor (Main Entrance + retails + services), Mezzanine floor (Offices 
area), 19 typical residential floors. The project is located on Abu Dhabi Island. 
Plot dimension is 30.1m X 30.5m. 
The existing structure shall be demolished and a new building will include 142 units: 
1 bedroom - 68 
2 bedroom unit - 69 
3 bedroom unit – 4
