RW Armstrong was asked to provide a progressive visioning masterplan for an area of coastline on the Mediterranean.  The masterplan provides a new focus for the development of the area with a new CBD and residential areas, as well as deep sea port and entertainment and cultural components. The masterplan is intended to look forward 50 years allowing a staged growth for expansion of the economy and associated residential neighborhood expansion.  A population of 250,000 is intended for the development when completed, providing revitalization to the region and coastline.
