The design-build Waterfront project in Tripoli is a premium residential development providing a unique, quality environment targeted at mid-to-high income residents, and primarily the expatriate market in the Janzour settlement located along the coast line of the Mediterranean Sea.
The project is being developed by a joint venture between Qatari Diyar Real Estate Investment Company and Oyia.
RW Armstrong’s services for this project are broken into three stages:
