The project site is located in Shakh­bout city in Abu Dhabi Emirate. The project Plot Area is 41,642 m2. The new school shall be Cycle 2 & 3 with 2100 students capacity. The Basic School Models are of two and three levels (GF+1 for Model 1 and GF1+2 for Model M4). The building levels are communicated by means of elevators and staircases. The Schools’ classrooms are sup­ported by Offices, Halls, Gymnasi­ums, Cafeterias, Toilets, and other fa­cilities, in addition to outdoor spaces, playgrounds, landscaping, roads and parking. The MEP, elevators, and other building systems and materials are intended to be standardized for effective and efficient operations and maintenance after completion. The buildings are intended to achieve 2 Pearls Estidama rating and be pro­vided with CCTV Security System, PA/ Music System and the BMS System together with all the MEP Services re­quirements including Fire Alarm / Fire Fighting… etc. all in line with Client’s requirements, applicable International Codes and as required by the relevant Local Authorities regulations.
