DESIGN – BUILD PROJECT.
This project is the development of a neighborhood community living center to cater for the housing of Emirati Nationals in Bida’a Al Mutawa, Western Region of Abu Dhabi Emirate. The development comprises of 60 Villas, Mosque, Retail and Recreation Center with all the required facility buildings, infrastructure and road construction.

Orient House For Development & Construction Company was awarded this design-build contract by Musanada. RW Armstrong appointed to prepare the multidisciplinary design, including master plan, design of the infrastructure and roads, design of the
buildings and other service amenity structures.

The development considers Abu Dhabi Vision 2030 regulations, local urban planning and environmental standards. It is designed to receive 2 Pearls Certification, as per Abu Dhabi Estidama rating system for community and buildings.
The Bida’a Al Mutawa project, which has a total area of 32.3 hectares, it is expected to be completed by May 2015.
