RW Armstrong provided design and construction supervision services for the new Abu Dhabi Accountability Authority (ADAA) Headquarters in alignment with Abu Dhabi Plan 2030. The main objective of the Client is to have an elegant, transparent, Class A building that openly expresses the mission and vision of the Abu Dhabi Government. The building is designed to accommodate 336 employees.

The building is modern and innovative, yet distinguishable and monumental and reflects the strength of the national federation, the robustness of the local economy and the status of the UAE community. The services that RW Armstrong provided include: Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, Furniture, Fitting & Equipment (FF&E), Value Engineering and Construction Supervision.

The development considers Abu Dhabi Vision 2030 regulations, local urban planning and environmental standards. It is designed to receive 2 Pearls Certification, as per Abu Dhabi Estidama rating system for buildings.
