RW Armstrong provided design services for the new Court in Baniyas. The project was previously designed and tendered, however, it  was returned back to the Design and Build for the sake of design enhancement. 

The Project aimed at full integration between all disciplines. The most efficient design solutions and systems have been fully applied towards achieving a facility which is sustainable, healthy and secured, with efficient operation and comfortable occupation environment that is to full satisfaction of the Client and the Employer. The Project design shall fully comply with the latest Statutory Authority requirements, and shall target the achievement of 2 Pearls Estidama Rating. 

The Baniyas Court Project consists of 3 levels building (Ground, First and Second) with approximate total built up area of (6,700 m2).
