Abu Dhabi National Hotels (ADNH) wish to re-develop the large vacant plot on the east of the Hotel and the plot located on the north west part of the Hotel which used to be the Golf Course of the Hotel for the purposes of creating an upscale residential apartments with all related supporting facilities (pool, community centre, that provide the residents with a meeting space and convenience shops for everyday use, etc.), F&B destination offering 7-8 F&B outlets of different types including all supporting facilities, enhancement of existing recreation facilities specifically to cater to the local community with targeted concepts to attract visitors, site works, infrastructure, enhancement of the existing site road leading to the staff accommodation, landscaping with associated amenities, liquor shop with related storage and car parking development. The Development will be done in phases so to minimize the negative impact on the existing operation and the revenue.

The Development components have been identified based on the recommendations of the market demand study. It is recognized that whilst all the facilities recommendation given are relatively specific, Consultant is encouraged to exercise his own design talents, to propose, modify, add components that in his opinion will result in increasing the profitability of the Development.
