This facility is acknowledged to become a world-class preparedness-training center utilizing an integrated environment that emphasizes real-world emergencies and threats.  

TSSDMC, through the use of 13 training zones and 8 training wings, provide a holistic training approach of classroom teaching, simulator training, and practical exercises. The integrated training environment will equip students with knowledge as well as experience to prepare them for real-world emergency situations. An on-site research & development center will ensure not only that TSSDMC keeps pace with advances in training procedures but also pioneers their own advancements. 

Under the Master Planning Consultant scope, RW Armstrong lead the Project Management and planning of a fully integrated training facility by providing a coordinated schematic design for all training wings and training zones.
