The ground floor has an entrance foyer of 32 x 32 m a waiting area with toilets taking 1 full wing and the three other wings are offices.

For the typical floors, there are mainly offices per each wing. Every wing acts as an individual space having its’ dedicated vertical circulation the horizontal circulation is through 2 corridors, the first is passing inside the individual wings and the second runs through the atrium, overlooking the void.

The wings are similar in function, thus each wing on any typical floor would have the following structure:

• Director (1) with an assistant, meeting room and a private toilet.
• Branch Head (1) having a private toilet.
• Head of department (app 4)
• Open space (30 or more)
• Toilets (male & female)
• Support spaces (copy room, store, pantry, prayer room)

The second floor is made of regular offices in the three wings as for 1 wing is dedicated for training. And it has the following:

• Amphitheatre for 150 persons
• Smart training  room  for 15
• Library with a display of the trophies and achievements.
• Staff café with a prep kitchen, which is server from a central kitchen in the basement.

The third floor is the executive management floor and it has:

• Board room for 25 persons
• Management suite for the chairman
• A Majlis for visitors with a gallery type display.
