DETAILS // The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) requirement is to provide a facility within Pier 4, Level 1.0 of the MTB to safely, securely and in the highest levels of comfort possible, provide a facility which caters for the needs of visiting VVIP guests.

The MOFA Protocol Lounge and supporting facilities are intended to provide World dignitaries with an added layer of experience within the Terminal and a lasting memory of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. This space will be used to allow delegates to relax, work and await their onward travel with ease, and in the highest levels of luxury and comfort possible.
The space will also include direct secure and discreet vehicle access from landside and airside, the provision of back of house offices, storage spaces and other staff and service areas to support the operation of the facility.
