The Royal Office Pension Fund acquired the services of RW Armstrong to complete a feasibility study and master plan for a new luxury resort located in the capital city of Muscat.
The project is part of the ongoing economic and cultural renaissance in Oman. The purpose of the study was to develop a conceptual design and master plan for the resort, assess the market demand and to provide the client with a quantitative and qualitative analysis determining whether the project was economically justifiable.
