RW Armstrong prepared a site master plan for a 200 hectare site that once served as a camel racetrack. The team, consisting of engineers, architects, developers and planners, determined the best use of the land in this rapidly expanding city.

The options evaluated included:

• Live, work and play - a fully contained community designed to provide all the necessary comforts whether at work, at home or relaxing.
• Healthy living - enjoying natural settings that encourage outdoor visits, walks and interactions with nature.
• Equestrian theme - serving needs for horse owners desiring to compete and practice in the finest facilities matching traditional European standards.

RW Armstrong was involved in the development of both the architectural elements related to building topology as well as identifying necessary infrastructure to complement the site.
