RW Armstrong provided consultancy services for the mixed-use developments of Mismak Properties, the property arm of First Gulf Bank in Abu Dhabi. These services included high-level project management services and the development of a master management plan that encompassed strategic planning to ensure that their targeted goals and vision were accomplished. The client was advised on the budget, schedule and procurement to enable maximum benefits.

The projects vary in type and stage of progress, starting from the schematic stage up to and through the various construction stages. The following is a brief description of the components of the projects:
A. Reem Island development plots C1, C2 & C3
- Type: Mixed-use residential and commercial buildings
- Budget: AED 3 billion
B. Al Reef development
- Type: Master development comprising with all necessary facilities and services, including shopping mall, supermarkets, outdoor markets,  community services and recreation areas.
- Budget: AED 3 billion
C. First Gulf Bank headquarters
- Type: Commercial building
- Budget: AED 300 million
D. Highland villas and resort compound
- Type: VIP gated residential compound
- Budget: AED 600 million
