Sorouh Headquarters was designed with a special identity which was reflected in the shape, function, elements and features of the building.
The building consists of 7 levels above ground level containing directors and manager’s offices, meeting rooms, and exhibition halls. The sixth level contains the higher manager’s offices and a roof garden. Two basements below ground level contain services rooms, utilities and car parking. The total height of the building is 32.35 meters. Plot size for the whole project is 817 square meters with proposed Gross Floor Area (GFA), excluding the basement, of 4,924 square meters.

The office spaces are designed to be open space with a very high standard of mechanical systems and HVAC. The façade has a customized canopy, and the double volume entrance lobby and wooden ceiling add a special atmosphere to the building. The mutual vision of RW Armstrong and Sorouh has been realized in creating this focal point Headquarters in providing outstanding design which represents Sorouh’s mission and reflects the in-depth study program of RW Armstrong in System Management.

RW Armstrong was appointed as a Design Consultant for this project and continued its Design Support services during the Construction.
