RW Armstrong provided project management, program management and construction supervision services for the Tripoli Marina project, a mixed use development consisting of a 5 star hotel, residential, office and retail surrounding a marina. The yacht marina is a new concept for Tripoli and it offers a unique life style to the residents and tourists in conjunction with the beach and many of the other amenities. The luxury apartments accommodate short and medium term guests and offers underground car parking and full amenities.
Tripoli Marina has been designed to maximize the views to the sea and will incorporate a yacht marina and beach. All transportation routes lead to the main road that fronts the development on the city site and provide easy access to the site for all residents of Tripoli.
